Dengan ini menyatakan PARA PIHAK telah sepakat untuk mengikat diri dalam Perjanjian Over Kredit Rumah yang berlokasi di (alamat rumah lengkap) dengan ketentuan dan  syarat–syarat seperti tercantum di bawah ini.

 

1. PIHAK KEDUA membeli rumah milik PIHAK PERTAMA yang berlokasi tersebut di atas, dengan tipe 48, dengan harga Rp500.000.000,00 (terbilang lima ratus juta rupiah).

2. PIHAK KEDUA melakukan pembayaran secara bertahap:

-. Pembayaran ke–1 sebagai tanda jadi pembelian rumah sebesar Rp300.000.000,00 (terbilang tiga ratus juta rupiah) diserahkan PIHAK KEDUA kepada PIHAK PERTAMA pada (nama hari), (tanggal/bulan/tahun).

-. Sisa dari pembayaran sebesar Rp200.000.000,00(terbilang dua ratus juta rupiah) akan dilunasi PIHAK KEDUA pada (nama hari), (tanggal/bulan/tahun) bersamaan dengan ditandatanganinya surat perjanjian ini.

3. Apabila terjadi perselisihan dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian akan diselesaikan oleh PARA PIHAK dengan jalan musyawarah.

4. Apabila ternyata bahwa penyelesaian perselisihan tersebut tidak dapat diselesaikan secara musyawarah, maka PARA PIHAK sepakat untuk menyerahkan penyelesaiannya kepada pihak berwenang.

5. Hal–hal lain yang belum diatur dalam surat perjanjian ini akan diatur kemudian oleh PARA PIHAK secara musyawarah. Aturan tambahan tersebut merupakan satu kesatuan dan bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari surat perjanjian ini.
